2. Where would the staff like to be?
   The position has been created to help staff become more efficient in ICT to aid teaching and learning. I feel that all too often ICT is seen as CD Roms that can be used every now and again....This is wrong! We are capable of so much more, and computers should be used to help teaching, not replace it! This priority is aimed at finding out what teaching staff would like to be able to use ICT for.....What would you like your computer to do that would help you? When we know this we can begin to build a strategy to support staff. If we don't know from them, then any strategy attempted will fail!
